About the role: The global Talent Acquisition function at Banxe is made up of passionate professionals whose mission is to attract and hire the best talent in our industry. Our Talent Acquisition Advisors our committed to helping our business achieve and exceed their goals. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA), you will support business groups such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and any other G&A positions. As a TAA, you will act as a subject matter expert on all things related to recruitment to attract and hire top notch talent for these various business groups.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience recruiting in a corporate (in-house) environment preferred, staffing agency experience an asset as well Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients Experience have used multiple e-recruiting platforms like web-based ATS’, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems and techniques. Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers. Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies Excellent communication skills Strong business acumen and a desire to win
