  1. The period of the “Banxe card” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is from 01/01/2024 to 01/02/2024.
  2. The organiser of the event is Tompay LTD, 1 Mocatta House, Trafalgar Place, Brighton BN1 4DU, company number 12484741.
  3. The promotion is carried out by the Organiser with the participation of the Clients. Only Authorised users (Clients) who have ordered a Banxe Card can take part in this Promotion.
  4. These Rules use the terms defined in the Terms & Conditions.
  5. By taking part in the Promotion, the Clients agree to these Rules and Terms & Conditions.
  6. During the Promotion period, if the Client purchases a Banxe Card and pays for purchases/services using the Banxe Card and makes other online/offline payments, except money transfers, in the amount of 100 GBP or more by a single or several payments within 30 calendar days from the moment the Client receives the Banxe Card, the Client has the right to receive a refund in the amount of 10 GBP within 30 calendar days from the date obtaining such a right. This promotion is valid only once for the first spent 100 GBP.
  7. Funds, once the conditions stipulated in clause 6 are met, are transferred to the account linked to the client's Banxe Card.

  9. The terms of the Promotion can be changed by the Organizer unilaterally by posting information about changes in the Terms of the Promotion (together with the new edition of the Terms of the Promotion) on the Site, including that the Organizer has the right to terminate the Promotion early. At the same time, users and participants of the Promotion do not have the right to demand any compensation or damages.
  10. The Organiser is not responsible for events and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, and is also not responsible for: failure of the Promotion Clients to familiarise themselves with the Promotion Terms; Promotion Clients provide incorrect or incomplete information about themselves; errors, failures in the software that takes into account Participants, payment transactions and Orders; failure to perform or untimely execution by Participants of actions necessary to receive a discount.
  11. The Organizer's decisions on all issues related to the Promotion are considered final and apply to all Clients of the Promotion.
  12. he Organizer reserves the right not to enter into written negotiations or other contacts with Participants, except in cases expressly provided for in the Promotion Terms.
  13. Each Promotion Participant confirms that he has read these Terms, unconditionally and unconditionally accepts them and guarantees that he will comply with them throughout the entire Promotion Period.
