About the role:

Banxe is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Customer Support to help build our Customer Support department from the ground up. We are rapidly growing and as the newest member of our team, the Head of Customer Support will play a critical role in developing the systems and processes that will enable the Customer Support team to be successful. The focus will be to ensure the long-term success of our customers and help build a strong foundation that sustains our future growth. The ideal Head of Customer Support is comfortable operating in a startup environment.

 

Requirements:

'

5+ years of experience in customer support

2+ years in a managerial position

Experience in banking, fintech, crypto

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in startups is preferred

Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
